Dortmund, 19 December 2022: Based on information received today regarding the status of the negotiations with potential investors and stakeholders, the Executive Board of Compleo Charging Solutions AG (“ the Company “) has come to the conclusion that, in the view of the Executive Board, the talks held in recent weeks regarding the short-term provision of additional financing will no longer lead to a successful conclusion with the required probability.
Against this background, the Executive Board no longer considers the positive continuation of the company as a going concern to be predominantly probable and, due to the threat of insolvency, will file an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings in self-administration with the competent insolvency court in the short term. The corresponding applications will be filed for Compleo Charging Solutions AG and Compleo Charging Technologies GmbH. The other subsidiaries are currently not affected by the application.
