The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") informs of the Company's notification on April15th, 2024, of a change in the Company's holding of its own shares,which occurred as a result of the settlement of the Company's disposalof these shares outside organized trading system (as part of theimplementation of the incentive program), resulting in a reduction onthe Company's part of its holding of such shares below 5% of the totalnumber of votes.
