Content of the report:

The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company"), informs, pursuant to § 84 section 1 of theRegulation of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2025, item 755) (the "Regulation"), about the dates of the Company'speriodic reports in 2026.

I. Quarterly reports:

1) consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 - 19 May2026;

2) consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 - 21November 2026.

In connection with the resignation from submitting individual quarterlyreports for the first and third quarter of 2020, the consolidatedquarterly reports for these periods will contain quarterly financialinformation with the content required under § 63 section 1 and 2 of theRegulation.

II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 - 17September 2026.

In connection with the resignation from submitting a separatesemi-annual report for the first half of 2020, the consolidatedsemi-annual report for this period will contain information on thecontent required pursuant to § 63 section 3 of the Regulation.

III. Annual reports:

1) separate annual report for 2025 - 19 March 2026;

2) consolidated annual report for 2025 - 19 March 2026.
