The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the

_quot;Company_quot;), informs, pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of 29March 2018 on current

and periodic information published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognizing as

equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state(Journal of Laws of 2018,

item 757) (the _quot;Regulation_quot;), about the dates of the Company's periodicreports in 2024.

I. Quarterly reports:

1) consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - 23 May2024;

2) consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - 21November 2024.

In connection with the resignation from submitting individual quarterlyreports for the first and

third quarter of 2020, the consolidated quarterly reports for theseperiods will contain quarterly

financial information with the content required under § 62 section 1 and2 of the Regulation.

II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 - 19September 2024.

In connection with the resignation from submitting a separatesemi-annual report for the first

half of 2020, the consolidated semi-annual report for this period willcontain information on the

content required pursuant to § 62 section 3 of the Regulation.

III. Annual reports:

1) separate annual report for 2023 - 15 March 2024;

2) consolidated annual report for 2023 - 15 March 2024.
