Content of the report:

The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., based in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot;), pursuant to § 80(2) of the Ordinance of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018, on current and periodic information providedby issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognising asequivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state(Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), informs of a change in the date onwhich the Company will publish its annual reports for 2023, consistingin postponing the originally set deadline of 15 March 2024 (indicated incurrent report No. 1/2024) to a later date, i.e. 22 March 2024.

As a result, the induvidual annual report and the consolidated annualreport for 2023 will be published on 22 March 2024.
