The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., with its seat in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot;), acting on the basis of Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU)No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on marketabuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament andof the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and2004/72/EC (OJ EU. L. of 2014 No. 173, p. 1, as amended. ) [_quot;MAR_quot;],announces that, having received a positive recommendation from theSupervisory Board, it has decided to initiate a review of strategicoptions for the operation of the Telepolis.pl (_quot;Telepolis_quot;) website.

The subject of the planned review will be the analysis of thepossibility of disposing of the assets serving the Telepolis activity,in particular through their disposal in full or the creation of a jointventure with a selected partner.

The implementation of the aforementioned process is part of theCompany's strategy envisaging, among other things, further developmentof operations in the ecommerce segment (including through the plannedlaunch of operations of a new subsidiary, as a National PaymentInstitution), thus any funds raised by the Company as part of theaforementioned process the Management Board plans to allocate toinvestments in this segment.

So far, no decisions have been made related to the selection of aspecific strategic option, and it is uncertain if and when such adecision will be made in the future, and the review of options itselfmay be a lengthy process.

As a result of the analysis of the event indicated above, the Companyhas assessed that it is justified to qualify the information on thisevent as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17 (1)of MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report.
