The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., based in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot;), pursuant to § 80 subparagraph 2 and 3 of the Ordinance ofthe Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018, on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions forrecognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of anon-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), informs of achange in the date on which the Company will publish its consolidatedquarterly report for the third quarter of 2022, consisting in advancingthe set deadline of 29th November 2022 (indicated in current reportNo.18/2022) to an earlier date, i.e. 16th November 2022.
