Pursuantto § 103 section 4 of the Regulation of February 19, 2009 on current andperiodic information published by issuers of securities and conditionsfor recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state (Dz. U. 2014, item 133) ("Regulation") theManagement Board of Comperia.pl S.A. ("Company") hereby announces datesof publication of periodic reports in 2019:

I.Quarterlyreports:

1)Consolidatedquarterly report for 1Q 2019 -May 24, 2019,

2)Consolidatedquarterly report for 3Q 2019 -November 14, 2019

Pursuantto§ 83section 1 and 2 of the Regulation the Company announce that aboveconsolidated quarterly reports will include abridged version ofquarterly separate financial report. Thus, the Company will not publishseparate standalone quarterly reports for 1Q and 3Q 2019.

II.Consolidatedsemi-annual report for 1H 2019 -September 27, 2019

Pursuantto§ 83section 3 and 4 of the Regulation the Company announce that aboveconsolidated semi-annual report will include abridged version ofsemi-annual separate financial report. Thus, the Company will notpublish separate standalone semi-annual reports for 1H 2019.
