Comperia.pl S.A. — Report Publication Announcement 2019

The Management Board ofComperia.pl S.A. located in Warsaw (the "Company") informs, pursuant to§ 15 subparagraph 4 of Regulation of Minister of Finance from March 29th2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers ofsecurities or conditions recognition as equivalent information requiredby the law of a non-member country as equal, in reference to the annualreports (Polish Journal of Law of 2018, item 757) [the "Resolution"]about correction ofthe Company's individual annual report forfinancial year 2018, published on March 6th 2019(the "Report"), consisting of supplement of the Report by the content(formely mistakenly omitted):

1)Statement of the Company's SupervisoryBoard of March 5th 2019 on the Audit Committee (pursuant to therequirement of § 70 subparagraph 1 point 8 of the Resolution);

2)Statement of the Company's SupervisoryBoard of March 5th 2019 on assessment of the Company's statements forthe financial year 2018 (pursuant to the requirement of § 70subparagraph 1 point 14 of the Resolution and Article 382 § 3 of theCommercial Companies Code).

Given this, the Company forwards the Report in theversion corrected in the foregoing respect, i.e. supplemented by theaforementioned statements.
