Content of the report:

The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw (the _#8216;Company'), with reference to the current report No. 3/2025of 28 January 2025, informs that the company under the business nameGrupa OLX sp. z o.o. with its seat in Poznań (the _#8216;Counterparty') - inthe performance of the agreement concluded on that day between theCompany and the Counterparty, concerning cooperation aimed at supportingthe sales system of financial services provided through the Company (the_#8216;Agreement'), in particular by providing intermediary services,advertising, marketing and making available to the Company by theCounterparty advertising space in the nationwide online automotivewebsite Otomoto.pl (the _#8216;Website') - exercised the right to unilaterallychange the scope of the aforementioned cooperation under the so-calledsecond variant, which means extending this cooperation by providing theCompany with an exclusive presence on 100% of the Counterparty'sadvertising surfaces (with a respective increase of the guaranteedamount of the Counterparty's annual remuneration).

Therefore, the Company expects that from the business side, theexecution of the Agreement in the model of cooperation of the partiescovered by the second variant (launched by the Counterparty) willinvolve a full impact on the modelling of customer service processes,and should also have a significant impact on the level of revenuegenerated by the Company.

As a result of the analysis of the event indicated above, the Companyassessed that it is justified to qualify the information on this eventas confidential information within the meaning of Article 17(1) MAR,subject to publication in the form of this report.
