The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the"Company"), in reference to current report No. 5/2024 of February 22,2024, informs that in execution of the agreement of February 22, 2024,on March 1, 2024, the transaction was settled, as a result of which theCompany sold an organized part of the enterprise (_quot;OCP_quot;), comprising anorganizationally and financially separate set of tangible and intangibleassets in the Company's existing enterprise, intended for theperformance of business tasks related to the Company's internet serviceTelepolis.pl, to Online Venture sp. z o.o. with its seat in Gdansk, forthe agreed price of PLN 9,600,000.
