The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the

_quot;Company_quot;), acting pursuant to Article 17, section 1 of Regulation (EU)No. 596/2014 of the

European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse and repealingDirective 2003/6/EC

of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC,

2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Dz. U. EU. L. of 2014, No. 173, p. 1, asamended) (_quot;MAR_quot;),

informs that on 5 May 2022 the Company concluded an order agreement(_quot;Order_quot;) with a

domestic contractor to conduct an online advertising campaign for theCompany (as an

advertiser) until 31 March 2023. The Company estimates that in thenormal course of Order

execution (taking into account the adopted mechanism of remunerationpayment in the

commission part calculated taking into account the value of sales madewith the participation

of the Company) and assuming no extraordinary events taking place thatwould have a

significant impact on the market situation, the value of the Company'sservices for the benefit

of the aforementioned Contractor under the Order may amount toapproximately PLN

3,200,000 net.

The Order constitutes a continuation of the Company's continuingcooperation with the same

contractor, being yet another agreement concluded by the parties duringthe period of the last

few years (in particular. the previous agreement was related to incurrent report no. 4/2020).

The remaining terms and conditions of the Order do not differ from thosetypical for this type

of agreements concluded on the market.

As a result of the analysis of the event indicated above, the Companyassessed that it is

justified to classify the information about this event as confidentialinformation within the

meaning of Article 17, paragraph 1 of the MAR, subject to publication inthe form of this report.
