The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw (the _#8216;Company'), based on § 5 item 5 and § 10 of the Regulationof the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018, on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognising as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), presents below -by way of supplementing the content of current report No. 26/2024 of 18December 2024 on the granting of a proxy to Mr Mariusz Fornal - detailedinformation on the proxy's education, qualifications and professionalhistory to date:

Mariusz Fornal is a distinguished graduate with a Master's degree inElectronics and Telecommunications, specializing in Teleinformatics,from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. In addition to hisformal education, he has enhanced his expertise through various coursesand training programs focused on IT technologies, including programming,network and system administration, cybersecurity, and project managementmethodologies. Mr. Fornal began his professional career at TrafficMediaSp. z o.o., where he served as Lead Programmer and Project Manager. Inthese positions, he was primarily responsible for overseeing projectexecution and managing the recruitment and training of IT personnel. In2011, he joined the Comperia group, initially focusing on thedevelopment of the company's systems and web portals. Throughout histenure, his responsibilities expanded to include administration, projectmanagement, training, and recruitment.

Since 2016, he has held the position of Deputy IT Director, overseeingthe IT department and technology initiatives, while ensuring directsupport for business project implementation. In 2022, he ascended to therole of IT Director, continuing to drive strategic objectives anddeliver effective technological solutions to support the organization'sgoals.
