The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;), acting pursuant to Article 17, section 1 ofRegulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of theCouncil on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Dz. U. EU. L. of 2014, No. 173,p. 1, as amended) (_quot;MAR_quot;), informs that today, ComperiaPay Sp. z o.o.,with its seat in Warsaw ("ComperiaPay") - which is a wholly-ownedsubsidiary established in order to launch the payment services businesswithin the Company's capital group - was entered in the register ofpayment service providers and electronic money issuers kept by thePolish Financial Supervision Authority ("KNF") as a small paymentinstitution ("MIP"); the entry was made under number MIP242/2024. Withthis entry, ComperiaPay has obtained the possibility to provide paymentservices on the territory of Poland to a lesser extent than thatrequired for a national payment institution in the meaning of thePayment Services Act of 19 August 2011; activities as a MIP can becarried out with limited regulatory requirements, including without theneed to obtain a KNF permit.

Obtaining an entry in the register by ComperiaPay as an MIP is in linewith the adopted concept for the development of the Comperia.pl S.A.capital group in terms of services provided.

As a result of the analysis of the event indicated above, the Companyassessed that it is justified to classify the information about thisevent as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17,paragraph 1 of the MAR, subject to publication in the form of thisreport.
