(_quot;Company_quot;), acting pursuant toArticle 70, item 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering,conditions governing the Introduction of financial instruments toorganized trading, and public companies (Journal of Laws of 2021, item1983, as amended), publishes below a list of the Company's shareholdersholding at least 5% of votes at the Company's Extraordinary GeneralMeeting on 19 September 2023 (_quot;EGM_quot;):

1) Marek Dojnow held 841 809 votes from the Company's shares, whichrepresented 33,36% of votes at the EGM and 19,92% of the total number ofvotes;

2) ) Adam Jabłoński held 545 970 votes from the Company's shares, whichrepresented 21,64% of votes at the EGM and 12,92% of the total number ofvotes;

3) Talnet Holding Limited held 1 089 890 votes from the Company'sshares, which represented 43,20% of votes at the EGM and 25,79% of thetotal number of votes;
