Content of the report:

The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., based in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot;), on the basis of § 5(5) and § 10 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizingas equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state(Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), informs that on 22 October 2024 theCompany's Supervisory Board has appointed Mr Cezary Tokarski to theCompany's Management Board, to serve as a Member of the Management Boardfor a three-year term of office commencing on 1 January 2024.

The Company's Management Board presents below detailed information onthe new Management Board Member.

Mr. Cezary Tokarski holds a Master's degree in Economics from the WarsawUniversity of Life Sciences (SGGW). He has also completed postgraduatemanagement studies in Fintech at the Faculty of Management at theUniversity of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Online Marketing at theWarsaw School of Economics (SGH). In 2020, he earned the DimaqProfessional - Digital Marketing certificate issued by IAB Poland.

He began his career at the online advertising broker CR Media ConsultingS.A., where he was responsible for the establishment and development ofthe affiliate network. He then worked at ClickAd sp. z o.o., an internetmarketing agency, where he was in charge of business development andserved as the Director of Sales and Marketing. He also collaborated withmedia agencies such as OMD Poland and Initiative, where he wasresponsible for developing online presence strategies for key partnersand building a team dedicated to internet media planning. Since 2015, hehas been working with Comperia.pl.
