Report Content The Management Board ofComperia.pl S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;), acting pursuant to Article 70, item_#160;3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on publicoffering, conditions governing the Introduction of financial instrumentsto organized trading, and public companies (c.t. Journal of Laws of2024, item 620), publishes below a list of the Company's shareholdersholding at least 5% of votes at the Company's Extraordinary GeneralMeeting on 20 December 2024 (_quot;EGM_quot;)

1)_#160;_#160;Mr Marek Dojnow held 841,809 votes from637,378 shares in the Company, which constituted 48.97% of the number ofvotes at the EGM and 19.92% of the total number of votes;

2)_#160;_#160;Mr Adam Jablonski held 545,970 votes out of409,684 shares in the Company, which constituted 31.76% of the number ofvotes at the EGM and 12.92% of the total number of votes;

3)_#160;_#160;Mr Szymon Fiecek held 104.314 votes out of104.314 shares in the Company, which accounted for 6.07% of the numberof votes at the EGM and 2.47% of the total number of votes;
