COMPASS GROUP PLC: DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Compass Group PLC announces the following transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

Long Term Incentive Plan release:

On 21 November 2022, conditional awards granted under The Compass Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 made to the following Director and PDMRs vested in accordance with the associated performance conditions.

Palmer Brown's share award was granted prior to his appointment as Group CFO on

1 November 2021. Following the vesting of awards, Mr Brown's interest in Shares is 39,781.

The following notifications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation in respect of the above:
