Annual Update of Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN Programme)

Compass Group PLC (the Company) and Compass Group Finance Netherlands B.V. have completed an annual update to their existing EMTN Programme, a framework of standardised documentation that enables the Company and/or Compass Group Finance Netherlands B.V. to issue debt with varying maturities to investors in the public markets.
