Annual Report 2018 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019

Compass Group PLC ("the Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2018 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 20 November 2018. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the Annual Report 2018, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 and Form of Proxy have today been published.  

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 12 noon on Thursday 7 February 2019 in the Live Room at Rugby Football Union, Rugby House, Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 7BA.

In compliance with rule 6.3.5(3) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the following documents can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at www.compass-group.com.
