Update of Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Compass Group PLC (the Company) has completed an update to its existing Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme), a framework of standardised documentation that enables the Company to issue debt with varying maturities to investors in the public markets.

As part of the update to the Programme, the Company has increased the authorised amount of the Programme from £2,000,000,000 to £4,000,000,000 and has added a Eurozone based wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Compass Group International B.V. (CGI BV), as an issuer. Any notes issued by CGI BV under the Programme will have the benefit of a guarantee from the Company.
