COMPASS GROUP PLC: DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

Deferred Annual Bonus 2012/13 release:

Following satisfaction of the associated performance conditions the following Shares were released and issued on 3 December 2015:
