Appointment of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary

After more than 11 years as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, Mr Mark White has decided to retire from Compass Group PLC with effect from 30 September 2018.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Alison Yapp who will take over the role of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary on 1 October 2018.

Alison is a solicitor with more than 25 years' international experience in FTSE and NYSE listed companies. Most recently she was Chief General Counsel and Company Secretary at Amec Foster Wheeler plc.
