Annual Update of Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN Programme)

Compass Group PLC (the Company) and Compass Group International B.V. (CGI BV) have completed an annual update to their existing EMTN Programme, a framework of standardised documentation that enables the Company and/or CGI BV to issue debt with varying maturities to investors in the public markets.

As part of the update of the EMTN Programme, a newly incorporated Eurozone based wholly owned subsidiary of CGI BV, Compass Group Finance Netherlands B.V. (Compass Finance), has been added as an additional issuer.  Any notes issued by Compass Finance under the EMTN Programme will have the benefit of a guarantee from the Company.
