Annual Report 2019 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020

Compass Group PLC ("the Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2019 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 26 November 2019. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the Annual Report 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 and Form of Proxy have today been published.  

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.30am on Thursday 6 February 2020 in the Live Room at Rugby Football Union, Rugby House, Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 7BA.

In compliance with rule 6.3.5(3) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the following documents can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at www.compass-group.com:

● Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019

● Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 February 2020

● Form of Proxy
