Annual Report 2016 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting

Compass Group PLC ("the Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2016 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 22 November 2016. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the Annual Report 2016, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017 and Form of Proxy have today been published.  

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at noon on Thursday 2 February 2017 at the Live Room, Rugby Football Union, Rugby House, Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 7BA.

In compliance with rule 6.3.5(3) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the following documents can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at www.compass-group.com.
