Vesting of conditional awards

On 15 December 2024, a conditional award granted under The Compass Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 as a Deferred Bonus Award to Palmer Brown vested in accordance with the associated performance conditions. Palmer Brown's interest in Shares following the vesting as set out below is 174,158.
