Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
Vesting of conditional awards
On 1 December 2022, conditional awards granted under The Compass Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 (LTIP) (Senior Managers' Incentive Plan Plus) made to Palmer Brown and The Compass Group PLC Restricted Share Award Plan made to James Meaney vested in accordance with the associated performance conditions. Palmer Brown's interest in Shares following the vesting as set out below is 43,265. The interests in Shares of the other executive directors are unchanged.
