Restricted Share Award release:

On 1 December 2021, restricted share awards granted under The Compass Group PLC Restricted Share Award Plan to Mr James Meaney and Mr Mark van Dyck vested following the satisfaction of the associated performance conditions. Details of the transactions are set out below:
