Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"):

On 30 May 2019, Ireena Vittal, Non-Executive Director purchased 109 Shares in the Company at £17.9176 per Share.

Following this purchase, Mrs Vittal's interests in Shares stands at 5,350 Shares, representing 0.00034% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
