NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 21 July 2015, Mr Johnny Thomson a PDMR and Regional Managing Director for Latin America exercised 30,700 options over ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each ("Shares"). The 30,700 Shares were acquired at 627.00 pence each. All Shares resulting from such exercise were sold on 22 July 2015 at 11.149959 pence each per Share.

Following this exercise, Johnny Thomson's shareholdings remains unaltered at 38,283 Shares, representing 0.0023% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
