NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 26 June 2014 Mr John Bason received an additional 41 Shares through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan at 1014.00 pence each per Share.  

Following this transaction, Mr Bason's shareholding has increased to 8,574 Shares, representing 0.00048% of the Company's issued share capital.
