Publication of Supplement to EMTN Base Prospectus

Compass Group PLC (the Company) has published a supplement, dated 12 June 2014, to the Base Prospectus dated 14 January 2014, to update its existing Euro Medium Term Note Programme, a framework of standardised documentation that enables the Company to issue debt with varying maturities to investors in the public markets.
