NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp (“Company” or “Sabesp”) in compliance with CVM Resolution 23/2021, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on September 11, 2023, BDO RCS Auditores Independentes (“BDO”) was hired as its independent auditor for the years ending on December 31, 2023, 2024 and 2025, replacing Grant Thornton Auditores Independentes Ltda (“Grant Thornton”).

This hiring occurred due to the end of the contract signed with Grant Thornton, and a bidding process was carried out, whose winning was company BDO.

BDO’s activities will begin with the review of the Quarterly Information (“ITRs”) reporting for the third quarter 2023.

Additionally, Sabesp informs that it obtained the consent of Grant Thornton regarding the aforementioned change.
