EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 999 th BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING

On November 23, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., the undersigned members of the Company’s Board of Directors listed below met at the call of the Chair of the Board of Directors, Karla Bertocco Trindade, on an extraordinary basis, via video conferencing, according to the main section and paragraph 6 of article 13 of the Bylaws of Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP (“Company”), located at Rua Costa Carvalho, no. 300, Pinheiros, in the city and state of São Paulo, to resolve on the agenda below. The presence of Mr. Ronaldo Carlos Leite, Corporate Governance Manager, was registered.

Following, the Chair of the Board initiated the discussions of item 4 “Approval of adjustments to the Institutional Policy for the Compensation of Officers, Directors, and Members of the Fiscal Council and Statutory Committees, to comply with the guidelines issued by the NYSE (section 303A.14 of the Listed Companies Manual). Implementation deadline: 12/01/2023”. The matter was instructed with the Executive Board’s Resolution 0360/2023, of November 14, 2023, Internal Communication CH 78/2023, of November 06, 2023, Executive Summary CHS 001/2023, of November 16, 2023, the draft of the Institutional Policy and respective exhibits, and the PowerPoint presentations, all of which made available on the meeting’s electronic platform. After being discussed and voted on, under item VII, sub-item “g” of article 14 of the Company’s Bylaws, version 4 of the Institutional Policy for the Compensation of Officers, Directors, and Members of the Fiscal Council and Statutory Committees was unanimously approved .
