In response to the Official Letter, the Company clarifies that it is not aware of any material facts or acts that could justify potential atypical fluctuations in the number of trades and the trading volume of shares issued by Sabesp.

The Company will keep the market informed of any material information should it become aware of it, pursuant to the applicable regulation.
