NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP ("Company" or "Sabesp"), in continuity to the Material Fact disclosed on March 29, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, 240 amendments to contracts in force with municipalities served were signed by the Company, in order to incorporate or adjust the universalization targets required by article 11-B of Federal Law No. 11.445/2007, as amended by Federal Law No.14,026/2020.

The municipalities that, at their own discretion as a service holder, have not yet formalized their consent to the respective amendment, which aims to adjust or incorporate the contractual targets, account for approximately 1.4% of the Company's total annual revenue.
