NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp (“Company” or “Sabesp”) in continuity to the Material Fact disclosed on February 9, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the São Paulo State Public Services Regulatory Agency (ARSESP - Agência Reguladora de Serviços Públicos do Estado de São Paulo) has issued Notice of Extension of Public Consultation nº 04/2021 whose object is Sabesp´s Proposed New Tariff Structure.

The deadline for sending contributions to this Public Consultation will extend in 2 days, until March 10, 2021 at 6 pm, with the final date of April 9, 2021 being maintained for the disclosure of the final results.

The Company will keep the market informed on the developments concerning this Notice to the Market.
