NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp (“Company” or “Sabesp”) hereby announces to its shareholders and in relation to the news published on CNN Brasil on March 12, 2021, entitled: “Doria intends to invite Castello Branco, from Petrobras, to be CEO of Sabesp”, the Government of the State of São Paulo, through its Secretariat of Communication, released today, Clarification Note stating that this information does not proceed and Mr. Benedito Braga will continue CEO of Sabesp, the position he has held since January 2019.
