SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION OF 0.97% THROUGH THE CANCELLATION OF TREASURY STOCK

The Board of Directors of Compagnie Plastic Omnium, in a meeting held on February 17th, 2021, decided to proceed to the cancellation of 1,443,954 treasury shares, representing 0.97% of the share capital of the company.

This operation will be completed on February 25th, 2021.

As a result of this operation, the share capital of Compagnie Plastic Omnium SE will be reduced from 148,566,107 ordinary shares to 147,122,153 ordinary shares with a par value of €0.06, ie. an amount of €8,827,329.18.

The holding company Burelle SA will increase its control from 58.78% to 59.35%.
