2.8% CAPITAL REDUCTION THROUGH CANCELLATION OF SHARES
The Board of Directors of Compagnie Plastic Omnium has canceled 502,195 shares held in treasury in order to reduce the share capital by 2.8%.
Following this transaction, Compagnie Plastic Omnium has share capital of €8,822,299.50 divided into 17,644,599 ordinary shares with a par value of €0.50, and holds 6.8% of its shares in treasury.
