Provision of preparatory documents for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Compagnie Plastic Omnium

The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Compagnie Plastic Omnium will be held on April 27, 2017 at Pavillon Gabriel, 5, avenue Gabriel, 75008, PARIS, France, at 5:00 p.m (Paris time).

Compagnie Plastic Omnium would like to remind of all of the ways that the preparatory documents can be made available or be consulted for this Annual Shareholders' Meeting.

A notice of a call for meeting – containing information on the business and the Group's results, as well as a presentation of the resolutions being submitted for a vote – is being sent within the required timeframes to Shareholders holding registered shares;

This notice of a call for meeting is also available on the website www.plasticomnium.com in the "Shareholders information" section.

Any shareholder may consult the "Regulated Information" section on Compagnie Plastic Omnium's website.

In addition, any shareholder may request to have the 2016 Registration Document to be sent, and more generally, all of the documents and information set forth by Articles R 225-81, R 225-83, and R 225-88 of the French Commercial Code.
