COMPAGNIE DES ALPES SIGNS AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE 85% EQUITY STAKE IN MMV

Paris, July 28, 2022 – After submitting a firm offer on 29 June 2022 and having received a favourable opinion from both groups' employee representative bodies, Compagnie des Alpes today announces the signing of the agreement to acquire 85% of the shares comprising the share capital of MMV. The transaction is still scheduled for October 2022 pending approval by the Competition Authority.
