Disposal of the Fort Fun amusement park in Germany – conditions precedent lifted

Paris, 31 May 2017 – Following the announcement of the sale of the Fort Fun amusement park to Looping Group on 26 April 2017, Compagnie des Alpes announces that all conditions precedent have been lifted and that the sale is effective as of today.

The transaction fits in with the strategy of reducing the scope of Compagnie des Alpes sites, announced at the end of 2013, to those that can rise from regional to national prominence – or even international prominence for some – and those that can turn Very Great Customer Satisfaction into profits.

Upcoming events:

  • 3rd quarter 2016/2017 revenue: Thursday 20 July, after trading
  • Full-year 2016/2017 revenue: Thursday 19 October, after trading
  • Full-year 2016/2017 results: Tuesday 12 December, before trading
