Disposal of the Dolfinarium Harderwijk completed and sale of Walibi Sud-Ouest initiated

Boulogne, January 8, 2015 – Today, Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) completed the sale of the Dolfinarium, located in Harderwijk, Netherlands, to Continental Leisure Projects SARL, an affiliate of Aspro Group, which will also purchase the Walibi Sud-Ouest Leisure park, located close to Agen, France, by the end of January. Employee representation bodies have just issued a positive opinion regarding this initiative.

These two transactions are in line with CDA's strategy of refocusing its Leisure park portfolio, announced a year ago and confirmed on December 18, 2014 during the release of the Group's annual results. Those results illustrated strong growth in Leisure destinations.

The transaction represents a total value of €37.5 million, paid in cash. In FY 2013-2014, the two sites concerned generated sales of €22.5 million and approximately 6% of EBITDA in the Leisure destination business unit.

Walibi Sud-Ouest will maintain its brand identity for at least three years.

Dominique Marcel, Chairman and CEO of Compagnie des Alpes, declared: "This transaction highlights the intrinsic value of CDA's sites, particularly those at the heart of our strategy."
