COMPAGNIE DES ALPES ANNOUNCES A NEW PARTICIPATORY LOAN FOR 42,7 MILLION EUROS

Paris, 29 December 2022 - After having concluded a €300m syndicated RCF (Revolving Credit Facility) in June 2022 and a new €200m Term Loan on 16 December 2022, the Group is pleased to announce that it has signed on 28 December 2022, a new 8-year participatory loan financing (Prêt Participatif Relance) for 42,7 million euros.

This new loan is intended to participate in the financing of the Group's investments in the coming years. It does not provide for any restrictions regarding dividend distributions or M&A transactions. Following a 4 year grace period, this financing will be reimbursed on a linear basis between year 4 and year 8. The pool of lenders consists of BNP Paribas and Amundi.
