COMPAGNIE DES ALPES HAS SET UP A STATE-GUARANTEED LOAN FOR €200,000,000.

Paris, 29 June 2020 - Compagnie des Alpes announces it has set up a State-guaranteed Loan ("PGE" for Prêt Garanti par l''Etat) 1 , subscribed by the Group's historic banking partners, who are participants in its €250 million revolving credit facility ("RCF").

This loan is intended to strengthen the Group's liquidity position and its operating cash requirements caused by the health emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This €200 million State-guaranteed Loan has an initial term of 12 months; it may be extended by Compagnie des Alpes Group for a period from one to five years. It is 90%-guaranteed by the French State.

The loan agreement has been aligned with existing RCF documentation.

In the context of this unprecedented crisis, Compagnie des Alpes Group has benefited from the support of its banking partners who have reaffirmed their confidence in it.

Compagnie des Alpes has been advised by Herbert Smith Freehills Paris LLP. Société Générale acted as coordinator and loan agent and Allen & Overy as advisor the banks.
