Semi-annual assessment of the contract of liquidity COMPAGNIE DES ALPES contracted with Oddo Corporate Finance (Paris)

1th January 2017 - Under the contract of liquidity entrusted by Compagnie des Alpes to Oddo Corporate Finance, in dated December 31, 2016 the following means in the account of liquidity were:

• 13,250 shares Compagnie des Alpes
• 632,072.33 €

At the date of the last semi-annuel assessment of the contrat of liquidity, June 30 2016, the following means in the account of liquidity were :

• 1,629 shares Compagnie des Alpes
• 826,477 €

One is reminded that at the time of its implementation, the following means in the account of liquidity were:

• 18,577 shares Compagnie des Alpes
• 523,408.39 €
