Semi-annual assessment of the contract of liquidity COMPAGNIE DES ALPES contracted with NATIXIS (Paris)

30 June - Under the contract of liquidity entrusted by Compagnie des Alpes to NATIXIS, in dated June 30, 2016 the following means in the account of liquidity were:

• 1,629 shares Compagnie des Alpes
• 826 477 €

At the date of the last semi-annuel assessment of the contrat of liquidity, December 31 2015, the following means in the account of liquidity were :

• 36,802 shares Compagnie des Alpes
• 295,625 €

One is reminded that at the time of its implementation, the following means in the account of liquidity were:

• 16,449 shares Compagnie des Alpes
