GOVERNANCE OF COMPAGNIE DES ALPES

RENEWAL AND APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Paris, January 25th, 2024 – On the recommendation of the Appointments and Remunerations Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 25th, 2024 decided to propose to the Shareholders'Meeting on March 14th, 2024 :

to reappoint Paul-François Fournier as a Director, for a period of four years which shall end following the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the financial year ending September 30th, 2027 ;
to reappoint Arnaud Taverne as a Director, for a period of four years which shall end following the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the financial year ending September 30th, 2027 ;
to appoint Société Alpes du Nord Aménagement Touristique (ANAT) as a Director, for a period of four years which shall end following the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the financial year ending September 30th, 2027. Subject to the approval of the Shareholders' Meeting, ANAT already announced that it will appoint Laurent Wauquiez, President of the Regional Council of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, as the permanent representative of ANAT.
